i generally just use pinches of celtic salt or some electrolyte drink mixes but i like the mix of minerals, convenience, and portability of these capsules. this a great value for the amount, the serving size is 2 but you could also just take 1 or start with 1 if looking to improve immediate symptoms like headache.

These Electrolyte Hydration Pills are just what I've been looking for. If you follow keto or intermittent fasting lifestyles, every now and then you need to supplement your electrolytes to help with your overall hydration. Most the electrolyte options out there seem to be sweet drinks, which if you are fasting would bring your process to a screeching halt. I was hoping I would find some electrolyte pills instead to use, ones which I'm comfortable taking- and these are them! I love that these pills are unflavored. I love that they use Himalayan pink salt for the sodium. I love that they include other vitamins as well, not just potassium. These also have Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc and Chloride in them. I do see they involve rice flour in the capsules, it is such a small amount that I'm guessing it wouldn't be enough carbs to it to change my fasting benefits. It would be nice though to see this aspect clarified by the company, about whether the rice flour affects your keto status or blood sugar or not. This bottle comes well-sealed. The capsules are clear with white powder inside. The company says these are made in USA , which adds to my confidence in taking them. I'm quite pleased with these so far.

I love these electrolyte capsules! They help me stay on top of my levels in the most efficient way possible. The amount of electrolytes is impressive for a capsule and for the price. Electrolyte Hydration Pills are economically priced for electrolyte hydration. Bottle is a 3 month supply at the recommended serving priced at 39.99 at time of writing this review. The daily serving is 1 easy to swallow capsule. They were tasteless and smell less although generic looking. The blend consists of various minerals for hydration, such as sodium, potassium and magnesium. These seemed especially atrractive to me to take during the recent cold weather. While taking these and drinking less water during the cold weather i didn't notice any loss in hydration, like muscle cramps, dry cracked lips or even a darkening shade of urine.

I didn’t know that there was a supplement that would hydrate. I’m used to drinking lots of sports drinks during the summer months to stay hydrated and it’s a difficult task and so I will try these as I drink regular water. Live in a dry climate and staying hydrated is very important.

I have POTS/dysautonomia so electrolyte supplementation is suggested for us, but sometimes I’m in a situation at work where I can’t be chugging sports drinks all the time (and don’t have the time to keep taking pee breaks, which dysautonomia increases the frequency of).These pills are a convenient solution for getting more electrolytes without chugging so much liquid that it becomes an inconvenience or a spill hazard. The pills have no smell or taste and are medium-large, but no issue for me to swallow.As someone else said, I imagine these would be useful if you live in a really dry environment where dehydration is a concern. I would have liked to have these around last summer when I took a work trip to the desert.Overall these are a super convenient electrolyte replenishment option.

I got these for an easy electrolyte boost while working out in high temperatures for extended periods. They're easy to slip a few in your backpack or a small pill pack for the gym. Swallow just one pill is recommended, keeping the muscles cramps at bay. They're also good for Keto dieting which tends to wipe out electrolytes causing painful muscle cramps, especially in the legs, and they usually like to wake you from sleep when they arrive.The bottle and capsules are high quality. Potassium chloride doesn't taste very good added to food, most describe it as "metallic" tasting, but no issue with it being in these pills since you swallow whole not letting it touch the tongue for long. They're very well formed, not crumbly or crushed so easy to dose.I love that it's 100 pills. 100 day supply! Outstanding!
